New this Holiday Season! Quilted & Beaded Christmas Ball Ornaments!

I love making handmade ornaments and most of you know that every year my tree is adorned with nothing else.  It's to the point that if someone tries to put something on it that isn't handmade (besides lights) i become a grouchy bear lol.

These ornaments turned out wonderful!  All quilted and beaded by hand.

Each is a different design, color and the quilting pattern varies, as well as the fabrics used.  Oh, speaking of fabrics used...some are vintage and some are modern.  Its a mix of everything.  Just as some beads are metal, some are plastic and some are glass.  So take a look around our Etsy shop and pick out your favorite!

I have been so busy lately it's been hard to find the time to get things made.  But I did manage to get a few things done!  Check out these cute little hollow pumpkins!  Great for putting candy, bits of foliage or some sweet annie peeking out.  There are only 2 available so get them while you can!

Meet Amara! She has lots of Handmade detail! Amara measures 12" tall without her custom SALEM hat and 18" tall with. Her dress is made of an old quilt batting piece (i believe that is what it is) and has been trimmed with black ribbon and metal "buttons". Amara has painted black boots with matching button. She is attached to a doll stand that does come with her. Her hat is matching with the word "SALEM" down the front with her felted orange & white hair flowing out. Amara has some wonderful facial features that have all been hand painted and sculpted. She holds a few of her favorite trinkets in her hand...a Ouija board hang tag, clock face, potion vial, spider web charm, bat charm, frog charm and a round metal charm that says "Altered". Her journal is all handmade with plenty of room for writing. It measures 6" tall with 20 pages front and back. There is a glass Snake on the front along with some other odds and ends. All pages have been aged and have a little embellishment such as a stamping, lace, etc. Lastly, the journal has a button on the front to attach the leather strap with key, to keep your journal closed. By Popular Demand ~ Snowman Tangled in Lights!!!

I have had so many requests for the finished version of my Snowman Stump Tangled in Lights pattern. I tend to be very busy and don't have much time for special orders anymore...so...I decided to get one finished and get him listed on ebay! He is actually a mini version of the original. This will be the only Tangled in Lights snowman that I will make this year!

Ok...I think most know by now that I am obsessed with handmade ornies lol. I just cant get enough of them! Anyway...I recently got some awesome ornies! I just finished decorating my tree and so so happy with them all!

Hospital Visit and Another Corpse...

Hey yall! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Due to recent events with me being in the hospital I was not able to get the corpse skull listed on ebay last week...i am truly sorry as I had a few of you send emails not being able to find the listing!

I am happy to say that I finally just got it listed (see post below this one) and also got another new Halloween item listed as well! This one is one of my very own old coffins that makes spooky Halloween sounds! Wanna know whats in it? You'll have to click on the photo below to find out! Muahahahahaha....

Thinking Outside the Box ~ A New Halloween Offering!

I have been wanting to do this for such a long time and just didn't get around to it. I finally made myself sit and follow through finally and oh my gosh am I glad I did! This Halloween Corpse Skull was soooo much fun to make! It will be going on ebay tonight for a seven day auction...so keep your eyes peeled! (pun intended) hehe.







So...now that I have completed this task, it inspired me to plan a few other spooky ideas (hopefully to be deployed much quicker than the corpse skull idea). I plan to make up a few of my grungy old coffin ornies and corpse up some of the miniature skeletons I have laying around here for an awesome Halloween prop!
